I have always been an avid exerciser, from Dance to Pilates, Yoga to Running even weight lifting! While I love the physical benefits of exercise-I really love the psychological benefits even more. I find that I think more clearly when I exercise regularly and I am less cranky. As part of an active family (and very competitive) we participate in activities together. Last weekend we competed in a quarter marathon on Miami Beach. The weather was beautiful, the race was well organized and we all placed very well in our respective age groups. The best part is that we accomplished this goal as a family. I hope we inspire you to start an exercise regimen with your family.
